  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can call us at 541-689-1287 during office hours to schedule an appointment.

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    Please call to schedule ahead of time before visiting us.

  • Does your office accept Medicaid?

    No, we currently do not accept Medicaid.

  • Where do I park?

    We have patient parking available directly outside our office.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    We partner with CareCredit®, Cherry, and Proceed Finance to offer convenient monthly payment plans. You can also join our in-house savings plan for discounts on your care.

  • What hours is your office open?

    We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, our office does offer pediatric dental services for children and teens.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • How do I transfer dental records?

    If you need to transfer your dental records to another dental office, please give us a call. We're happy to help take care of this.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we are in-network with PacificSource, Moda Health, and Delta Dental. We also accept many others.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Appointment times can vary depending on the type of service or consultation our team provides.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    Please bring a form of ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and lists of any current medications or medical conditions you have.
